Commercial HVAC freezes up over night

A Large Commercial HVAC system on roof of building froze up over night. It then caused the drip pan to over fill and spill into the ceiling. This type of water damage could have easily ruined this doctors office. Fortunately for them, we arrived within the hour and got right to work!
